Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Hit a wall mid-task? Stack movement, breathing, and a micro-win to flip the switch and kickstart your second wind.
1. Clears brain fog fast – Instead of forcing your way through low energy, a quick reset clears your head and helps you focus.
2. Prevents wasted hours — A short break helps you get back on track in minutes, instead of drifting for an hour or giving up.
1. Move your body — Stand up, stretch, shake out your arms, or do 5 squats. Physical motion = mental motion.
2. Take 6 deep box breaths — Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. This helps calm and reset your system.
3. Get one quick win — Choose a small task (like replying to an email or checking something easy off your list) to build momentum fast.
Your second wind isn’t luck. It’s a switch and you can flip it anytime.
Movement + breath + small win = back in the game.
“What if I still feel flat after doing all that?”
Double-check your inputs. If you’re under-slept, under-fed, or overstimulated, no hack will help. Fix the root, not just the symptom.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
