Start every morning by drinking one full glass of water before you do anything else.
1. Your brain runs faster when it is hydrated. Even light dehydration can lower focus reaction time and memory. A single glass of water lifts you out of that slow state before it impacts your morning.
2. It prevents the silent energy dip around mid morning. Most people mistake mild dehydration for fatigue which leads to slow starts and extra caffeine. One glass first thing keeps your energy steady
1. Put a glass of water on your bedside table before you sleep so it is ready as soon as you wake up.
2. Drink the full glass the moment you stand up. No thinking. No delaying.
3. Refill the glass right away so it becomes part of your nightly routine and never gets skipped.
