Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Create a short routine you repeat every time before you start deep work so your brain learns to switch into focus mode on cue.
1. Repetition builds conditioning. When your brain sees the same routine it knows focus is coming so it settles faster and resists distraction.
2. You waste less time getting started. Instead of drifting for fifteen minutes your mind locks in instantly because the routine signals it’s time to work.
1. Pick two or three simple actions like placing your phone away, putting on headphones, and opening only the files you need.
2. Do the same actions in the same order before every deep work block.
3. Keep the routine short so you actually use it and your brain can learn it fast.
A reliable trigger routine gives your mind a direct path into deep focus. No waiting. No drifting. Just clear controlled work.
“I don’t think it’ll work for me.”
Fair. Most people feel that way at first. But your brain responds to repetition and always adapts. It works because of conditioning, not belief.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
