Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Check your email at only two set times each day, instead of opening your inbox whenever a new message arrives.
1. Constant inbox checking forces your brain to switch tasks repeatedly, which slows your thinking and increases stress. Limiting email to two windows protects your focus so you finish real work faster.
2. When you process emails in batches, you make decisions faster and clear your inbox more efficiently. The brain loves patterns, and batching creates a rhythm that saves time.
1. Decide on two times that fit your schedule, such as late morning and late afternoon.
2. Turn off all email alerts so you are never pulled in by a notification.
3. During each email window, respond, archive, or delete. No saving messages for “later.” Handle them once.
Your inbox should serve your day, not control it. Two simple check in windows remove distractions, speed up decisions, and help you finish work on your terms.
“I’m worried someone might need an answer quickly”
You can add a short line to your email signature explaining your response hours, which sets expectations and protects your focus.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
