Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Start your day with one minute of light movement to wake up your brain and switch on your focus.
1. Light movement increases blood flow to your brain, which boosts alertness and improves mental clarity. Even a short burst of activity tells your nervous system it is time to perform.
2. Morning movement breaks the slow start that leads to procrastination. Once your body is activated, your mind follows, and you begin the day with momentum instead of resistance.
1. Choose a simple movement you can do anywhere, such as marching in place, shoulder rolls, or gentle squats.
2. Set a one minute timer right after you wake up, and complete your movement without thinking about it
3. As soon as you finish, start your first task for the day while your focus is high.
One minute of movement is enough to switch your brain from idle to engaged. Use it each morning, and you will start every day sharper and faster.
“But I’m not a morning person!”
Perfect. This hack is specifically for you. Light movement pulls you out of grogginess and gives your brain the spark it needs.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
