Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Tilt and raise your chair seat so your hips sit slightly higher than your knees, which puts your body in an alert, engaged position that helps your mind stay focused.
1. It helps you work faster. When your posture is lifted, your brain receives a signal to stay engaged. If your hips sit lower than your knees, your body shifts into a slouched, low energy state, which slows thinking and increases mental fatigue.
2. You stop wasting time adjusting your position. Good posture improves blood flow and supports your body properly. When you feel comfortable, you stay focused longer and spend more time working, instead of repositioning yourself.
1. Tilt and elevate your chair seat until your hips are slightly above your knees, even if it feels a little higher than usual.
2. Place your feet flat on the floor, which stabilises your core and prevents slouching.
3. Sit near the front of your chair for the first few minutes of work to activate your posture and switch your brain into focus mode.
Your chair position shapes your energy. A small adjustment lifts your posture, sharpens your thinking, and gives you an instant boost in focus with zero effort.
“But it feels uncomfortable and unnatural!”
Only at the start. Your body is used to slouching, not to sitting in a position that keeps your brain alert. Give it one or two minutes. As your posture settles, the discomfort fades and the boost in focus makes it worth it.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
