Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Use a short stack of 60–90 second micro resets to recharge during the day and avoid burnout. These tiny resets act like pit stops that keep your mind running strong without slowing you down.
1. Prevents energy crashes – Instead of pushing until you’re fried, short breaks help you stay focused and reduce the recovery time needed later.
2. Makes switching tasks easier – Quick resets clear your mind so you can move to the next task faster and with less stress.
1. Pick 2–3 quick reset actions – Choose simple things that help you feel calm or refreshed, like deep breathing, stretching, a short walk, or moving to a different spot.
2. Stack them into a reset routine – Combine them into a 1–2 minute sequence.
Example: deep breaths → drink water → step outside into the sun.
3. Plan them proactively – Schedule your resets after after intense work, meetings, or lots of screen time. Set a 1-minute timer and do it.
You don’t need an hour to recover. Just 90 seconds of smart resets at the right time can do the trick.
Stack them like power-ups and use them before you crash.
“But I don’t have time for resets!”
If you don’t take 1 minute now, you might lose 30 later to brain fog, distractions, or mistakes. Take short breaks early and often, they save you hours in the long run.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours

P.S. I made a reset stack so effective, my brain thinks I’m on vacation. Too bad my inbox didn’t get the memo. 🏝️📬
