Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Treat your energy like money. Set limits so you don’t burnout, and invest it to make it grow.
1. Prevents energy crashes – When you manage your workload strategically, you don’t waste time recovering from exhaustion.
2. Boosts long-term productivity – More energy means getting more done. Consistent energy means you can keep going for longer. Burnout doesn’t just slow you down for hours — it can set you back for weeks.
1. Set a hard stop for work – Choose a time when work ends no matter what and set an alarm to remind you (e.g., 6 PM, no screens after 9 PM).
2. Schedule recovery like a meeting – Block out time for breaks, workouts, or activities that recharge you. If it’s not scheduled, it won’t happen.
3. Define your “Non-Negotiables” – Pick 3 things you won’t sacrifice (e.g., 8 hours of sleep, exercise, social time) and protect them ruthlessly.
Burnout isn’t a badge of honour. Guard and invest your energy, and you’ll get more done over time — not just today.
“But I have so much to do — I can’t just stop!”
That’s the trap. Running on fumes makes you less productive and might cause burnout. Step away, recover, and come back stronger.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
