Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Start your day with the hardest thinking tasks first, and save the simple or mechanical work for last.
1. Your brain has its highest mental power early in the day. When you use that power on complex tasks first, you finish them faster and with fewer mistakes.
2. Simple tasks take the same effort no matter when you do them. Hard tasks do not. Doing them later costs more time and more energy, which doubles your workload without adding any value.
1. Look at your to-do list and mark the tasks that require the most thinking.
2. Do those first while your brain is fresh, even if they look intimidating.
3. Finish the day with light, mechanical, or admin tasks that do not need deep focus.
The order you work in matters. A smart sequence protects your energy, speeds up your progress, and helps you finish more work with less effort.
“But what if hard tasks drain me early?”
Don’t worry about it. In reality, doing them first prevents the slow build-up of stress and frees your mind for the rest of the day.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours
