Focus your energy. Master your time.
Get It Done

Every second counts, so let’s get right to it. 1 idea, 2 ways it saves you time, and 3 steps to Get It Done:
Start your morning with 2–5 minutes of light movement to wake up your brain and lock in early focus.
1. Snaps you out of grogginess – Physical movement boosts blood flow and oxygen to the brain, helping you think clearly sooner — without needing 3 coffees.
2. Reduces slow starts and wasted mornings – Instead of drifting through your first hour, you start sharp — meaning more done by 9am than most do all day.
1. Pick your movement – Try a brisk walk, mobility stretch, star jumps, or a few yoga poses — whatever gets your body going without needing gym gear.
2. Pair it with a morning habit – Stack it onto something you already do (e.g. after brushing your teeth or before making coffee).
3. Keep it short and simple – The goal isn’t exercise, it’s activation. If it feels like a workout, you’ve gone too far.
Energy is a switch, not a surprise. Move early, and your brain will show up ready to work before the clock hits 9am.
“But I don’t have time in the morning!”
This isn’t a workout — it’s 2 minutes of movement. You’ll gain back that time (and more) by starting your day focused, not foggy.
As promised — 1 minute that can save you hours

P.S. I added 3 minutes of movement to my morning. Now I’m alert upon waking, and I haven’t tried to open the fridge with my car keys in weeks!
